Alcohol Sales Terms & Conditions

Age Requirements

All customers purchasing wine or other alcoholic products must be at least 21 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that both you and the recipient are 21 years of age or older.

ID Verification

You will be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID showing proof of age at the time of pickup. We reserve the right to refuse pickup if identification is not provided or appears invalid.

Ohio State Law Compliance

All alcohol sales are conducted in compliance with Ohio state laws.

• Alcoholic products are available for pickup only in Ohio.

• We do not ship alcohol to any location.

Pickup Policy

• Wine purchases must be picked up at our designated Ohio location.

• Only the person who placed the order may pick it up.

• Orders not picked up within 7 days may be cancelled and refunded.

• We do not offer delivery or third-party pickup of alcohol products.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

• Refunds for unclaimed orders will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

VV The Italian Experience is not liable for any misuse, injury, or damage caused by the consumption of alcoholic beverages purchased from our store. By purchasing, you agree to consume responsibly and comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
