Elisabetta founded the winery from scratch, using the savings of a lifetime spent working in the automotive industry. In 2019, her son Giuseppe joined the project after gaining experience in the tech sector abroad. They work exclusively with grapes from their own vineyards, respecting the raw material as much as possible. Their winemaking focuses on minimal intervention, using primarily steel tanks and wooden barrels to preserve the natural character of the fruit.

FRANCIACORTA ROSE', made from hand-picked Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes and according to organic viticulture. Rosé is a wine with character, ideal for daring combinations, such as with cold cuts and roasts. Onion skin pink color and notes of small red fruits on the nose. Cuvée of Pinot Noir (70%) and  Chardonnay (30%).
