Eat like an Italian with Lemon & Caper Spread Vinaigrette Sauce



  1. In a small food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
  2. If needed, season with more salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour over salad greens and toss until greens are covered or use as a sauce over fish or chicken.
  4. Bring to room temperature and shake well before using
  5. Store in an airtight container for about 3 days.
